Oct 21, 2004 · P0138 Code - Possible Pre-Cat problem. I have a '01 R/T from CA. This D has 2 pre-cats and one main cat. When running Gibson headers, my D had intermittent problems with the P0138 code. After changing the O<sub>2</sub> sensors, the problems kept returning.
